It's just change, dammit

Rico says that he's herewith instituting the Real Change for America campaign. Here's how it works:
Every day, take the change out of your pocket and put it in something; a drawer, a box, a canvas bag (remember, it only weighs a few ounces at most, per day, but it adds up).
Every month, take what you've gathered down to the grocery store and run it through the CoinStar machine (or your local equivalent) and turn it into dollar bills.
Every quarter, donate that money to the charity of your choice (Habitat for Humanity, Feed the Homeless, the NRA, whatever).
At the end of the year (let alone the end of the first Obama administration), you'll have done something significant to help America.
My fellow bloggers: Rico says that, since this is a viral campaign, credit him if you can (http://ricorant.blogspot.com/2008/12/its-just-change-dammit.html), but in any case pass it on...
