Not making flame, but putting it out

It's a flamethrower, but Rico has long had an idea for redesigning the airpacks used by fire personnel to look more like this (without the little tank in the middle), to minimize the size of the tank and make it less susceptible to the delicate valves being bumped on something. He may just have to revisit the notion now...
