Seems that the Burmese government has seized aid supplies, forcing the UN to stop deliveries.

Rico says it's high time to stop pandering to these fucking puny clowns. Send in the Seventh Fleet and do what we do best: dominate the situation. Since Burma has bupkis for a military, they can't even bother us as much as the Iranians did, so we can overfly the place with impunity. Using helicopters, we can drop aid bundles right on the villages, and avoid the whole bottleneck in Rangoon.
