Seems that Blue Cross stepped in the shit by sending a letter to physicians, asking them to rat out patients who weren't reporting their pre-existing conditions like they should.
As someone with a bit of a pre-existing condition himself, Rico is happy to see them get smacked for this. California, always on the cutting edge, has tried to pass legislation that would force insurance companies to not deny coverage based on health status. While that's probably not going to make it past a judicial review (something about restraint of trade or something), it's an interesting notion...
