Always a good witness

Even Rico gags at the notion that the police opened an investigation of the death of Seth Tobias, a CNBC commentator found dead in the pool behind his house, based on the testimony of Billy Ash, an Internet psychic who said Tobias' wife had confessed to him.
"Based upon the evidence available at this time, including the autopsy and toxicology reports, there is no indication of criminality in the death of Mr. Tobias," said a letter signed by Mary Duggan, assistant state's attorney in Palm Beach County.

Rico says police work is getting pretty bad when internet psychics are your sources... (And how did she confess to him? Email? Phone conversation? Surely there'd be a record somewhere.) Pathetic.
