From "Military Collector & Historian":
An official report of the Battle of Gettysburg states that 27,534 guns were picked up after the engagement, 24,000 of which were loaded. Half had two loads unfired, a quarter had three loads, and the remaining 6,000 had ten loads apiece. One Springfield rifle held 23 separate charges, while one musket contained 22 bullets and 60 buckshot.
