FIOS (an acronym for FIber Optic System) said the were going to install it in ou rbuilding, then backed out (a week before it was to happen) when they realized they'd have to dig a trench under the driveway. Now that the electric line is gonna have to be buried anyway, Rico wonders if he can get them to piggyback on the project...
