Rico wants to go
In case you hadn't figured it out by now, Rico really hates winter. Thus a little tiny article by Michelle Jana Chan in Newsweek caught his eye back in February (when it was cold here). Titled Latin America's Islas Bonitas, it listed a half dozen wonderful places with warm water:
