More targets of opportunity

Now it's the sand niggers in the Sudan who're back at it again, what with rebels from Darfur attacking Khartoum. (Now there's a reversal.) The government, needless to say, is dragging their feet at the implementation of more peacekeepers in the region.

Rico says this is another case of Third World problems where a little judicious First World bombing and strafing would work wonders...
