Okay, not everyone should have a gun

There have been a string of random shootings of late, and even Rico says 'enough already'. This new one is an interesting twist, however; these shooters are typically young men, not female.
Why, oh why, though, do all these shooters end up shooting themselves? If they'd just start there, it'd be so much better.

But several of them would have ended earlier if other people had been carrying, though, so maybe it's still a case of not enough guns rather than too many guns...

Rico says he'd still rather have one and not need it than need one and not have it...
