Scientists, those wacky guys, are figuring out how to get biofuel out of switchgrass. According to this article, the grass is nearly twenty times as efficient as corn: "Switchgrass ethanol delivers 540 percent of the energy used to produce it, compared with just roughly 25 percent more energy returned by corn-based ethanol."Rico says it can't happen too soon...
