A gunman opened fire from a hotel overlooking a country music concert in Las Vegas, Nevada on Sunday night, killing at least fifty people and wounding more than five hundred others in the deadliest shooting in modern US history. The suspect, 64-year-old Stephen Paddock, killed himself before police breached his hotel room. 

What we know so far:
• A gunman opened fire from his hotel room overlooking a country music festival in Las Vegas, Nevada on Sunday night.
• At least 58 people were killed and more than five hundred others injured, making it the deadliest mass shooting in modern US history.
• Among the dead is an off-duty Las Vegas police officer. Two on-duty officers were injured.
• The suspect, 64-year-old Stephen Craig Paddock of Mesquite, Nevada killed himself before police breached his hotel room.
• More than ten rifles were found in the room, Clark County Sheriff Joseph Lombardo told reporters.
• More than twenty thousand people were attending the Route 91 Harvest Festival concert, officials said.
• Jason Aldean was performing when shots rang out at approximately 2200 local time.
• Las Vegas Mayor Carolyn Goodman called the suspected gunman a "crazed lunatic full of hate."
• President Trump described the attack as "an act of pure evil," and said he will travel to Las Vegas on Wednesday.

Rico says that Trump would not go to Puerto Rico, but Vegas is cool. But if these backcountry assholes are gonna shoot themselves anyway, why can't they do that first and save everyone a lot of pain...
