A US district judge threw out former DJ David Mueller's claims against Taylor Swift, ruling it is not possible to prove she got Mueller fired for allegedly groping her.
However, Judge William Martinez will allow Mueller's claim against the singer's mother, Andrea Swift, and her radio manager, Frank Bell, to proceed.
Taylor Swift's countersuit against Mueller also still stands.
