Rico says that SEPTA uses some wretched speech synthesis software to generate its PA announcements, delivering garbled, incomplete, and inaudible information. For a publicly-funded organization, you think they could hire smarter people... (Oh, yeah, and the buses don't always display their route number, which is irritating.)
