Television review for the day

Rico says that he's been watching Longmire, starring Rod Taylor (no, not that Rod Taylor, nor Rip Taylor), Katee Sackhoff, and the always-excellent Lou Diamond Phillips as Henry Standing Bear:
The series is about the sheriff (played by Taylor, photo, left) of fictional Absaroka County, Wyoming and a Native American (played by Phillips, photo, right) who runs a bar called the Red Pony (off the rez, so it's legal) whom Longmire is friends with, and a female deputy sheriff (played by Sackhoff). An episode where Longmire's deputy, Branch Connally (played by Bailey Chase) is running against him for Sheriff starred Gerald McRaney as Connally's father.
The series is available via Netflix and well worth it...
