On 5 June 1968, Senator Robert F. Kennedy was shot and mortally wounded (photo) just after claiming victory in California's Democratic presidential primary. Gunman Sirhan Bishara Sirhan was immediately arrested:
Rico says he's old enough to remember this shock first-hand; unfortunately, the guy with the so-good-a-name-we-used-it-twice didn't get the gas chamber. (But a hero of the Palestinian people, no doubt...)
