Rico says okay, the guy's from New York; that makes him a high-probability asshole to start with. He's a baker; that raises the odds (and it may say 'French' on the sign, but Rico would bet money he's Italian). But "drunken negro head" cookies? Nah, that takes the fucking proverbial (sorry, Rico couldn't resist) cake.
While Rico doesn't normally advocate public violence, maybe, just maybe, a Molotov cocktail through this guy's plate glass window would change his attitude...
