On the June 1928 flight Earhart flew as a passenger in the Fokker Trimotor The "Friendship", with Wilmer Stultz piloting and Lou Gordon navigating. She flew solo across the Atlantic on May 20-21, 1932 in her Lockheed Vega 5B.
