Rico says that he used to drive (many years ago) for the Palo Alto Cab Company, using the callsign Palo 10, and we accepted transport coupons for the disabled that we turned in with our fares for reimbursement.
You'd think that SEPTA could easily do the same thing and support the local cab industry. (Though the CCT drivers are probably unionized, thus fucking that up.)
