Rico says he'g been having trouble with the new version of Pages, the Apple word processor. His memory being what it is, Rico couldn't get the inter-column spacing right, so he reached out to the 'community' through the Help system.
A Swedish woman and a more-patient-than-Rico-deserved Australian guy named Peter helped him find the mysterious window that solved the problem:
