Movie review for the day

Rico says the ladyfriend (to his surprise) wanted to watch The Password is Courage, released in 1962. It stars Dirk Bogarde as a British officer, captured by the Germans, who tries everything he can to escape. In the process, amongst many other adventures he gets awarded the Iron Cross! Based on a true story. That, of course, is reminiscent of The Great Escape, released in 1963. That movie starred everybody on the planet, including Steve McQueen, James Garner, Richard Attenborough, James Donald, Charles Bronson, Donald Pleasence, and James Coburn...
