Not the tool, the user

Rico says that (as usual) for no apparent reason he got Mail working on his iPad, so no trip to the Apple Store. Just as well; it's a longish walk... (Of course, he still can't get iBooks Author to download, but that's a separate problem, not requiring a trip to the Store. Turns out, thanks to some on-line comments, that it's in some 'pause' mode...)
