Beatweek Magazine has a couple of
articles on the iPhone 5 (photo, faked), which isn't due until either this summer or next year, depending on who you believe:
For days now, Amazon, which at this point is about 92% Apple rival and 8% Apple partner, has been on a spree of running Google ads teasing the iPhone 5 as if it already existed. And yet, thus far, no one at Apple, Google, or Amazon has lifted a finger to correct it.
Release date: the iPhone 5 doesn’t have one. Apple’s iPhone history reveals there to have been a new iPhone released every summer since 2007. But with the Verizon iPhone 4 having landed in midseason, and the 4G prospects in 2011 for both Verizon and AT&T still up in the air, there’s no guarantee Apple will deliver the iPhone 5 as soon as its own history says it will.
