Rico says lessee, if they'd refrained from having sex at all, or at least baby-inducing sex (there are other ways, you know), used any of several forms of contraception, or had an early-stage abortion (the least-good solution, true), they wouldn't be missing their baby now. Dumb, dumb, banging-your-head-against-the-table dumb... (Gee, do you detect a lack of sympathy from Rico? As Brian Fitzgerald memorably said, sympathy is a word in the dictionary between shit and syphilis...)
