Rico says Hillary will probably try and argue that she was elected, rather than he, but no one's going to buy that distinction...

Screwed up, big time
According to the Los Angeles Times, Obama decided to appoint Hillary Clinton as Secretary of State. Rico says he understands the political reasoning behind that. What he doesn't understand, however, is how they're going to get around Article One, Section Six of the Constitution that clearly states:
