It is not only good to be the prince...

...sometimes it's required.

The ad in the New York Times magazine touted it as "the finest pre-war ever built", and everything certainly seems to bear that out. In case you don't hang out in New York City real estate circles much, the phrase 'pre-war' implies solid masonry construction, larger rooms, big windows, great views, and a lot of money.
The website (very well done, by the way, though for the money you'd expect no less) shows it off, but here are the highlights:
•half or full-floor condominium residences; a full-floor condo is over 8,000 square feet with seven bedrooms and 7.5 bathrooms with a custom kitchen (the drawing of Residence Eleven shows a floor plan with these rooms: family room, dining room, living room, library with curved window wall, master bedroom, sitting room, four smaller bedrooms, a guest bedroom, a staff bedroom, a utility room, kitchen, and a reception hall off the stair & elevator well).
•indoor swimming pool in the building
La Palestra fitness center in the building
•private courtyard in the building
•private lounge and club room in the building
Rico says he has no idea how many digits there are in the price, but figure at least seven or eight... (It's the old phrase: If you have to ask the price, you can't afford it.)
