Paul McCartney low-balled it (as if he didn't have the money; the fuck's only worth four hundred million pounds) and Heather Mills asked for a lot (a hundred and a quarter million pounds), so the judge came down in the middle, as usual. She'll get sixteen and a half million pounds and their daughter gets thirty five thousand a year. Not bad for four years of marriage...Incredibly, given the publicity, "the judge refused to permit either party to raise as an issue the alleged conduct of the other on the broad ground that it was irrelevant".
