Seems that Dutch correspondent Michiel Mans went to extremes when answering some Islamicist gibberbabble about 'fear' in public discourse:
"Fear was first caused by some planes entering buildings, tourists and locals being blown up on Bali, and risky transport in Madrid and London."

Entering buildings?
Risky transport?
