Chavez, if he doesn't get his way and the country refuses to change their constitution so he can continue in office indefinitely, has threatened to cut off oil exports to the United States.
Bummer.
Why don't we threaten to cut off exports of dollars to Venezuela?
Everybody seems to like them even more than we like oil...
