Rico's friend Kelley, who recently moved West, reports from Wisconsin:
Well, we got our first snow; just as predicted. Aly said to expect six to eight inches, but it looks to me more like one to two inches. The local snowplow freaked the cat. It came by pretty early, while Fafhrd and I were still in bed. The plow makes a weird "TheRUUM, TheRUUM, TheRUUM" sound and the cat went to full alert', climbing up on me and standing on his hind paws to get the full view. After a few seconds, he decided that, whatever it was, it didn't eat cats, and that was good enough for me, too. We both went back to sleep.
