Rico says that, for safety's sake (everyone else's, as well as Rico), he'll be reduced to riding a Sun Cycle tricycle (photo, above), like he did when he was a kid, rather than the Ural with the sidecar (photo, below) he really wanted, thus saving himself thirteen grand...
