Labial folds

Rico says it all started with Kate Bilo (photo, top) doing the local weather,  but it seems the labial fold is pretty universal, as the human body apparently doesn't know what else to do when it needs to bend (and the current trend toward female armpit hairiness only reinforces the similarity):
