Restaurant review for the day

Rico says that he and the ladyfriend went to try the local Mad Mex, now that's it's finally open, and found it very loud (why restaurant designers insist on using all hard surfaces, he has no idea) and serving quite plebian food; we both prefer Barbacoa or Chipotle for Hispanic food, but, as the ladyfriend said: "I'd rather have Asian food."
After that (and a depressing conversation about sex), we came home and watched Conflict!, a murder mystery starring Humphrey Bogart (photo, at right) , Alexis Smith, and Sydney Greenstreet (photo, seated, at left):

An engineer trapped in an unhappy marriage murders his wife in hopes of marrying her younger sister.

Rico says that Bogart doesn't get away with it, of course, but the denouement is worth waiting for...
