Not Elmo

The ladyfriend did not have (via her older daughter) her second grandchild, a boy this time; false alarm. While her granddaughter was highly enamored with Elmo, from Sesame Street (photo), that infatuation has apparently passed, so he'll get a real name. (Though we'll probably call him Elmo anyway, when the mother and granddaughter are not around...)
