Rico says that he thought for the longest time that it was some bad connection or wiring or juju, but it turns out the pixelation (as shown, only much worse), static, and image hesitation on Comcast is their problem; weather-related, apparently. How does he know this? Well, a competing service put an ad on Comcast that talked about those very problems (and showed them all), and suggested that viewers might want to change services... (Oddly enough, that ad hasn't repeated. Rico wonders if someone at Comcast didn't like that, not that they've fixed the problem.)
