Mister Swope, Mark Focus

Rico says that phrase has been rattling around in his head for years, ever since he first saw Putney Swope back in 1969. (Rico says he knows, he knows, you weren't even born then...) He's had a friend for almost that long whom he calls 'Mark Focus', because his name is Mark and he's a photographer. Amazingly, though the world has changed much in over forty years, Putney Swope is still a good movie. Even more amazingly, almost no one in the film was ever heard from again, with the exception of Allan Arbus and Robert Downey, Senior, the director, who only made ten movies (none of them memorable) after that; his son. Robert Downey, Junior, is much more famous these days. (Worth a cycle from Netflix.)
