Wrong again

In a large 'special advertising section' in the current Time magazine, the Urban League asks the question "Is the Dream Fulfilled?" and concludes that, while more needs to happen, many things have improved for African-Americans. One obvious thing, of course: "Today our nation has its first black President."
Sorry, wrong.
Barack Obama is many things, but 'the first black President' is not one of them.
Why so, you may well ask.
Because President Obama is not black. He is, while it's not politically correct to say so, a mulatto. (Black father, white mother, you see.)
No, you say, surely he is black; why, just look at him. If he's not black, who is?
Well, the Allstate guy (Dennis Haysbert), for one:

Now he's black. And he would probably make a good President (as he is a good corporate spokesman), though no one has (yet) nominated him for the job. (The gecko probably would, to remove the competition.)
Rico says we will undoubtedly see a Latino president, and maybe even an Asian president, but probably not in his lifetime. But, then, he wouldn't have bet on seeing a (half) black president, either...

While we're on the subject of improbable black presidents, how about one of Rico's favorite actors, Yaphet Kotto?
Turns out there's a reason for the arcane name: while a lifelong New Yorker, Kotto is the son of a genuine prince of Cameroon and the great-grandson of the King of the Douala people there (along with the great-great-great-grandson of Queen Victoria to boot). He's also a Republican (unusual for a black man and anyone from Hollywood) and a devout Jew (based on some African Jews in his heritage). Now that would flip out the Republicans, nominating a black Jew...
