Worth repeating

Rico says he may well have posted this before, but it's worth doing so again:
Mike Monsoor was posthumously awarded the Congressional Medal Of Honor for giving his life in Iraq, He jumped on, and covered with his body, a live hand grenade that had been accidentally dropped by a Navy SEAL, saving the lives of a large group of SEALs passing by.
During Mike Monsoor's funeral at Fort Rosecrans National Cemetery in San Diego, California, the six pallbearers removed the rosewood casket from the hearse. Lined up on each side were his family members, friends, fellow sailors, and well-wishers.
What the group didn't know at the time was that every Navy SEAL (45 to be exact) that Mike Monsoor saved that day was scattered throughout the column! As the pallbearers carried the casket down the column of people to the grave, the column would collapse, forming a group of people that followed behind.
Every time the casket passed a Navy SEAL, he would remove his gold trident pin from his uniform and slap it down hard, causing the pin to embed itself in the top of the wooden casket. Then the Navy SEAL would step back from the column and salute.
Rico says if you write something and send it in an email, please, please do not capitalize every fucking word in the document; it's a pain the ass to strip them out...
