Rico says there's been either a huge order by the gummint to supply the War, or everyone's buying them up in advance of some scary anti-gub legislation, but either way (or both) you can't find a box of the things for love nor money...Correction: Turns out (via a lead from my FFL) that French Creek Outfitters does have some primers, though they're on allocation and you have to physically show up to buy them...
