The prince in a small principality is lucky

Business Week has a slide show of 'the most expensive small towns in America'.
Carmel, California, at top (median home sales price: $1,399,939; population: 3,057; median household income: $58,163) and Haleiwa, Hawaii, at bottom (median home sale price: $898,538; population: 2,226; median household income: $39,643) were obvious choices, but Stone Harbor, New Jersey (median home sales price: $968,209; population: 1,039; median household income: $51,471) and Cayucos, California (median home sale price: $798,150; population: 2,890; median household income: $42,841) weren't so obvious.
The list was determined by locating the towns with the highest median home sale prices and the smallest year-round population per Metropolitan Statistical Area.
