The York Daily Record has a story about a local guy who's doubtless gonna fry for this one:

A man already charged with a home-invasion murder and assault last month in suburban Philadelphia now faces charges in the October killing of an 81-year-old woman. The Delaware County District Attorney says 37-year-old Jermaine Burgess was charged Monday with killing Marie Ott in her Ridley Township home on 27 October. Over the weekend, authorities charged Burgess with breaking into an Upper Darby home on 10 November, tying up the two occupants and beating them with a hammer and a chisel. Sixty-year-old Hoa Pham, a former lieutenant in the South Vietnamese army, was killed. His wife was assaulted but managed to escape. Burgess is being held without bail in Delaware County prison. Police say they are investigating whether he was involved in other crimes.

Rico says, lessee, Jermaine... What odds that he's black and an idiot? And how tough do you have to be to beat an 81-year-old woman to death? Hopefully the death penalty will kick in for this clown...
