The phase of the moon, apparently

Seems that shootings are all the rage these days: another moron shot and killed six in Washington State; someone shot and killed a young (22) city councilman in Fairfield, California; and someone fired at the motorcade of the prime minister of Pakistan, though without effect (armored limousine, of course).

Rico says we obviously have a major firearm stupidity problem going here; the solution, while perhaps unobvious to some, is for more people (the stupid ones) to get shot, hopefully before they shoot anyone else...
