Superdelegates are a liability, not an asset

Rico remains convinced that the whole superdelegate process is going to end up being a political disaster for the Democrats.
How 'democratic' can it be that the nomination process can be swung by behind-closed-doors, insider-deal, secret-handshake behavior by party insiders?
If the Republicans were doing this, the Democrats would be screaming...
