The US government has big plans for a whopping eleven additional miles of bad fence along our over-a-thousand-mile border with Mexico.
Rico says the answer, as ever, is privatization. Ammunition dispenser stations (requiring a credit card) every thousand yards along the border, along with a 'no law' zone for the first mile, and the whole problem goes away. More vultures, true, but only for awhile until the coyote problem dries up...
