Seems that 'rebels' recently shot Jose Ramos-Horta, president of the fledgling country of East Timor.
Given the wretched conditions in that tiny country of a million people, what exactly were they trying to achieve? It's like 'rebels' in West Virginia shooting the governor in an attempt to seize power.
Rico says the UN should work harder at smacking around these idiots; if they're going to be the world's policeman, they should act like it...
