Robin Williams' thoughts on life

From StumbleUpon, an article by Joel Willans, the founder of Ink Tank and author of the short story collection, Spellbound: Stories of Women’s Magic over Men; his prize-winning fiction has been broadcast on BBC radio and published in dozens of magazines and anthologies worldwide, about a truly amazing human being:

Often it’s not until somebody is gone forever you realize how much you love them. Yesterday we discovered how much we loved Robin Williams. Although we never met him, we grew up with him and we always knew that whenever he appeared on our screens he’d make us laugh or cry or think a little differently about the world.
But it wasn’t just his comic genius that made us feel close to him. It was also the fact that, beneath his zany exterior, you always suspected there was a very special warm-hearted person lurking. And this person was acting the way he did because he really did want to make you feel happier. Well, it turns out there was a very special person and he was doing it all just to make us feel happier. These Robin Williams quotes on love, life and loss, help us remember just how special

“You’re only given one little spark of madness. You mustn’t lose it.”

From Dead Poets Society: “No matter what people tell you, words and ideas can change this world.”

“Comedy is acting out optimism.”

From World’s Greatest Dad: “I used to think that the worst thing in life was to end up alone. It’s not. The worst thing in life is to end up with people who make you feel alone.”

“Cocaine is God’s way of saying you’re making too much money.”

From Good Will Hunting: “You’ll have bad times, but it’ll always wake you up to the good stuff you weren’t paying attention to.”

“Some are born great. Some achieve greatness. Some get it as a graduation gift.”

“A woman would never make a nuclear bomb. They would never make a weapon that kills. They would make a weapon that makes you feel bad for awhile.”

“Death is Nature’s way of saying, “Your table is ready.”

Rico says he will always miss the guy...
