Cubs pitcher Jon Lester, formerly with the Red Sox, cannot help but see similarities between Chicago's title drought and Boston's, finally eradicated by titles in 2004, 2007, and 2013.
Anxiety and excitement are in the air in Chicago, with the Cubs still seeking their first World Series title since 1908.
