The New York Times has an obituary by William Grimes for Robin Hardy, who made one of Rico's favorite (if obscure) movies, The Wicker Man:
A police sergeant is sent to a Scottish island village in search of a missing girl whom the locals claim never existed. Stranger still are the rites that take place there.
Directed by Robin Hardy and starring Edward Woodward and Christopher Lee.
