The Aerospace Maintenance and Regeneration Center (AMARC) is better known as the Aircraft Boneyard. Planes that are taken off active service are flown here to await redeployment or destruction. Aircraft at AMARC include the F-14 Tomcat, F-4 Phantom, the F-111, F-4 Phantoms, the B-1 bomber, a KC-135, F-16s, a C-117, the first and last Boeing YAL -1 Airborne Laser, an F-106A, a B-52, a Lockheed C-130 Hercules , a C-5 Galaxy, and an A-10 Warthog.
Rico says it's amazing; if you like aircraft, it's worth a trip...
