History for the day: 1920: Treaty of Versailles

On 19 March 1920, the Senate rejected for the second time the Treaty of Versailles by a vote of 49-35, falling short of the two-thirds majority needed for approval.
Rico says he wonders if that means the First World War was never really over? No matter, the Second took care of that...
